We have an after sales department with 3 persons who help resolving your technical issues on the phone, email or post mail. They also repair your items should it be necessary. This work allows us to constantly check on our product quality. Our after sales average rate is less than 2%.
Supply chain
Our warehouse is of 6000 m² and based in Tours, which is an important crossroad in France but also to supply south and north of Europe. From this platform, we deliver directly to the shops or warehouse of our French and European customers. Far group can also do home delivery on customer request.
